Love Paula! She is a great listener and a great counselor!
Paula is excellent. She has a tremendous amount of empathy and deep understanding, combined with being down to Earth and real. She truly gets it. I highly recommend her. She is a special person and rare gem.
If you are considering seeing a therapist, even if you don't think it will help, I would HIGHLY encourage you to make an appointment with Paula at C3 counseling. I met Paula before she opened a private practice for assistance with my then 7 year old daughter. Counseling for my daughter turned into family counseling after a marriage as we were all trying to find out new roles within the family. I went to see Paula again for personal counseling.
