This place is a horrible nobody on Actt never picks up there phone anymore and nobody answers at the front desk this place needs to be investigated by the state and get shut down

The worst place ever, went in feeling bad, left feeling worse about myself. They did nothing but add a headache in my life… How you come for help, but they add to the problem for no reason? I have recordings of how nasty your team is and I will be filing a complaint.
Its really ashamed this place has 2 stars because they stay open 24 7 to help people in need. This place is wonderful for our community and without this place so many people would not have had the help they need. Thank you guys for what you do, you have help many people i know and we appreciate u
The unprofessionalism is unreal. I needed support after Helene, I lost my home and they somehow decided that I’m an addict? I lost my home to addiction apparently and I’m in denial? No ma’am. I lost my home an income to a natural disaster, which would make anyone a mess. I completely regret ever reaching out to them. what way to put salt on the wound!, what a clown show.. p.s.
