I'd be careful buying a house from Bob. He does a lot of the renovations as a contractor and renovated my bathroom. His guys cut a lot of corners, including using multiple different colored grouts on the floor, leaving cracked caulk around the bathtub, unfinished edges in the sheetrock, a massive open hole in the wall of the room next to the bathroom, etc. Faulty plumbing left my paint on lower floors bubbling and pulling away from the walls and he did nothing about it.
