If I could give 10 stars I would. This was the easiest, most efficient transaction that I could have ever expected. Our Agent, Maryellen Dutra was amazing. She went above and beyond. I must admit, when we were given the asking price she recommended, I immediately said, "We're not going to get that much." She stated that we needed to trust her expertise and stay optimistic.
