Jimmy Camp was our realtor and couldn't have been more helpful. He knew what we needed to do and helped us through every step. When I panicked, he calmed my nerves and told me what was happening. We are forever grateful for his guidance and friendship. We highly recommend using Jimmy for selling or buying a house.

Very enjoyable experience with Century 21 Black Bear Realty. We hired Drew Newcomb as a buyers agent and he made the home buying process a breeze. He had all the paperwork and inspections ready to go. All we had to do was sign and he did the rest.

Rick was not timely, clear or accurate with his communications. He was the seller's agent on a home we wished to purchase but struggled to get info on HOA, potential fines against the property, required repairs, etc. So glad we moved on to another property represented by a much more responsive and helpful realtor
