Purchased a Groupon with scheduling that was immediately cancelled and no real alternative to reschedule. I was simply told my appointment was cancelled due to unavailability and to request a refund. I responded that I would wait for their first available appointment and never received a response. No on picks up the phone so the only option is email. Never spoke to anyone just one email. Shelley was so pleasant and created a wonderful atmosphere for my partner and I. I personally had a great time and she made sure to sanitize while switching between us and any other transitions.
