I got a closure check from chime bank and I took the check to bank OZK wynwood and deposited the check. It’s been over 2 weeks now and I haven’t even recent money yet. They still restricted my account and I’ve been to the bank twice, I spoke to Juan and provided every necessary information needed yet I don’t have access to my account for over 2 weeks. Honestly I didn’t expect this from bank OZK. Give me my money and lift the restrictions on my account please

Great help at this miami location bank. They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was helped by Ricard Williams, great guy helped with the entire process of opening my business account would recommend to speak to him when opening an account or money market savings account.
