Great help at this miami location bank. They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was helped by Ricard Williams, great guy helped with the entire process of opening my business account would recommend to speak to him when opening an account or money market savings account.
Excelent bank with great customer service and good choice of personal and business accounts.
Rude and ATM is always down
This is the worst branch! People move slowly, with no sense of urgency. They do not understand the concept of customer service. Everytime I have come into this branch there are multiple tellers but for some reason only one is actually taking customers.
