Great location but don't expect to get your full deposit back. We were charged for light bulbs which was ridiculous because most of them were ours! Plus apparently they were top of the line light bulbs or they better have been for the price we were charged. We had other small ridiculous charges as well. I have always gotten my full deposit back no matter where I lived except here. The manager is always leaving the watering hoses out. This is not only unsightly but also creates a tripping hazard! The apartment was not cleaned, painted, or repaired before we moved in! Last time I checked it was required by law for a leaser to at least clean the carpets and paint the walls! Obviously not here!
