I have been very pleased with the care I receive at Dr. Randolph's practice. Although I've never been treated by Dr. Randolph himself, the other staff are very knowledgeable and caring. They are very systematic and scientific in their approach. They take the time to explain everything. After years of various HRT treatments at different doctors, I've finally gotten to a place with Dr. Randolph's practice where I'm happy with my results.
I drive from Palm Coast to Jacksonville just so I don't have to change Drs. I actually see Nicole who is very caring and compassionate. The office staff is very good and friendly I have never waited more than 10-15 minutes before being called for my appointment and the whole thing from beginning to end takes about 45 to 50 minutes. I have plenty of time to discuss my concerns with Nicole and am never rushed.
Highly knowledgable, kind. Excellent compounded medication. Don't know what I'd do without him!
