Having to get your car fixed after an accident is no fun but I could not have been more happy with every part of this process thanks to C & W! From the front desk staff, to Evan, to the work that was completed, it was all fantastic! Evan communicated with me every step of the way AND my car was ready ahead of schedule! I told him no offense but I hope I never see you again but if I have to, I will be back!

dropped my car off for minor scratch repair on 2/13. was given an 8 day return time estimate. Followed up with them on the 2/23 to see if it was ready and they had some "setbacks" and it would be good to go the following Monday (2/27). No update on 2/27 so I called, now the date has changed to Thursday 3/2. On 3/2 the insurance company got involved and called them to give me an update. They called me on 3/2 and said it would be good Friday 3/3 by EoD. I called them 3/3, and they had another "setback" but was then told Monday... read more
