Unfortunately they broke my steering wheel while fixing my front right panel and now refuse to fix it stating "old things break." The car is 2015 Mercedes so I wouldn't expect something to break only when the car is out of my possession. Either way, there are plenty of body shops much more reputable just around the corner where I've taken my Audi and my Ram who will not break a portion of your car and pretend they did nothing and blame you when you call them out to fix it. Having to get your car fixed after an accident is no fun but I could not have been more happy with every part of this process thanks to C & W! From the front desk staff, to Evan, to the work that was completed, it was all fantastic! Evan communicated with me every step of the way AND my car was ready ahead of schedule! I told him no offense but I hope I never see you again but if I have to, I will be back!
