I'm going on day three water in my basement. Line was damaged when they were doing water main work. Why has it taken it a lifetime for the project on 61 and 113 in Cartersville Georgia? Traffic is completely messed up. You should at least have somebody direct in traffic. The stop sign is a complete mess. You've been working on this project for over 25 years and still not done. Contracted to plateau excavations and it would already be done. Complete failure.
