Arrogant, overpriced, and incompetent! Chris Clark was called out to our home to inspect a sump pump that was working and routed out through our back yard about 50 feet away. Chris came to my home and proceeded to use a saw and cut through the 2 inch pipe ejecting water from my home. He then put a 90% degree angle fitting on the pipe and pointed it towards the side of my home towards my neighbors house without my neighbors permission!
