Chris is awesome! He is able to make any jewelry you want, and has great prices. The store is in a bombed out shopping center, but don't let the appearances fool you!

Chris is wonderful. Truely a caring person. I have used him multiple times and had a great experience. He does stay busy, so when he says it will be ready in two weeks call him a couple days ahead to give him a heads up you are coming to get your jewelry. All the work he has done for me is top shelf and reasonable. Thank you so much CWButler on Whitlock Ave.

I am the customer who wrote the bad review on here. I've tried to remove it since, but without luck. I did have a bad experience, but it was made right and have since had no further issues in any more recent transactions. Please completely disregard my previous review.

I dropped off watches to be repaired nearly 3 years ago. This owner is never available by phone or on premises. He does not return calls, and on the few occasions I was able to reach him, he had a different story and a different promise to produce watches, either they were at his repairmans, (they only needed batteries) or that he had misplace 3 of them and would dilligently find them within a promised period of time.
