Avoid C & W Auto Body – I have a lot of experience with auto repair. I worked at a car dealership and I personally have had work done on my cars over the years at least eight times. The customer service is friendly and professional but the workmanship is substandard. After dropping off my car I told them to be careful not to leave over spray, drip marks and to blend the paint well between the new and old finish (body shop 101). Very bad experience at C&W – These guys are the worst body shop I have ever encountered. Here is a few reasons why: *The quality of the work was sub-par - it took me going back several times to get things done right *The shop didn't fix several items that were included in the insurance estimate (for which they billed the insurance company). I had to go back repeatedly to get things fixed that the shop had been paid for - I think they thought I wouldn't notice (things like a temperature gauge). *The car was never complete whe... read more
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GREAT QUALITY WORK – C&W made my accident process very easy. Nobody wants to get into an accident, but here they were very understanding and really accomidated my needs as to when i needed the car back etc. my rental car was brought to the facility without prior notification, and when I picked up my car, I simply left the car at the auto body.
