not only did we wait 15 minutes to even receive our drink order (by the hostess who saw us waiting so long) they took about 40 minutes to bring us two wraps and two fries. no refills. and absolutely terrible waitress. will not be returning

My husband (a veteran) and I went here today. It was extremely busy (Noon) but the wait wasn't very long. The food was excellent but what really made this a memorable experience was our server Emma. Even though it was crazy busy, she made us feel like we were very important. Our waters were always refilled, coffee never got cold, and our plates were taken away as soon as we were done with them. awesome food and a great atmosphere.
Just tried to order today's special (2 burgers and 1/2 appetizer for $22) and was informed by our waitress that almost half the burgers on the menu aren't a part of the special due to there being an upper limit on the regular burger price to be allowed, despite there being no mention of that anywhere on the specials page. That is the legal definition of bait and switch. Talk of the Town it's the bomb.
Took my daughter here for lunch. we hit it at lunch buffet time and it was very busy but our waitress was very atentative and the food didn't take any longer than normal. I had the Behemoth BLT and she had the bacon cheeseburger. Both were excellent!
Love this place...best food ever, great atmosphere..
