Excellent customer service = I ordered a glass of Chardonnay at C-Town Wings this evening. They were out (also out of Moscato and Pinot Grigio) and I wasn't in the mood for red wine. I casually mentioned it to Kerry Roberts when he was chatting with us at our table. Within 10-15 minutes, Kerry 'magically' delivered a glass of Chardonnay to me.
