Representing InStep, Inc, I contracted with Todd to photograph our annual IMPACT SUD conference. He made the entire process stress free. He utilizes an online contract system with e-sign. He showed up early (before me even!) and stayed late, working hard the entire day. He interacted with attendees for some group shots, making their day special.
