Damien towed my car. He was great; he was very professional and just a good guy. He made sure to take really good care of my car, especially since it was in a tricky spot to originally move. I will be specifically requesting him next time I need a tow!
I called for a tow and told it will be about an hour. Supposedly the tow was cancel because the insurance company and the tow company could not reach me. At the estimated time the tow truck pulled up in front my disabled car looked at me as I go out the car and drives off. The office tells me that he was calling me for 20 mins with no answer, when I asked for the number he was calling he tells me that he was other business to attend to. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER FROM A TOWING COMPANY
Price gouging for tows. Insufficient repairs. Non-existent customer service.
My fiancé and I broke down in Rahway, NJ after traveling from NC. The tow guy came, I think his name was Muhammad, friendly guy was to tow us somewhere, but he asked us why not use where he works/ we said, “Ok” since he seemed like a nice guy. Long story short, I can say w/o a doubt, these ppl worked hard to make sure we weren’t stuck in NJ and our trip not ruined. COMPLETE RIP OFF!!!! TOOK MY MONEY AND WOULDNT EVEN GIVE ME MY CAR. THE WOMAN THAT WORKS INSIDE IS ONE OF THE RUDDEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY LIFE. THEY FREESTYLE FEES AND THE POCKET THE MONEY! HENCE CASH ONLY. SO, PEOPLE IN NEED OF A TOW OR SOMETHING IN THAT FIELD. STAY AWAY FROM C & T TOWING. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!!!!
