They claim they are a walk in and an appointment based salon; you can never get in which resulted in me going elsewhere multiple times. I like going here as it is local. I paid $52 for a gel manicure on a Thursday they chipped the following day not just one but two. I went back on Saturday to get them fixed with no issue. Come Sunday chipped again. I’m going to start by saying I typically do not complain, I complement and don’t say anything if I am unsatisfied usually not that big of a deal. I just can’t let this go. I am very disappointed. First, you should put a statement up that kids are not allowed because I’ve come in many times with my daughter she loves her nails painted it’s a special thing for us to do together and every time we come she cannot touch ANYTHING without you telling her NO in front of everyone.
