I was a client of this nail salon for 9 years. 95% of the time I would schedule my appointment, 2 weeks ago I had my appointment at 9:30 am, I walked in at 9:28 and the person that I had my appt was already working on someone else, they did this to me about three times. They did not respect my appointment time, and the worse part is that I was a few minutes early. The male owner basically said to me sit down and wait for the other nail tech to arrive. Stay away from this place . How are they in business ? I made an appointment for my mom and they were rude, did a terrible job and insulted her while at it . Not to mention they took advantage and over charged her . I would leave ZERO stars but that’s not an option and a 2 star will guarantee this review stays here.
C & T Nails Salon is a wonderful place to get your nails done. The establishment is always very clean, welcoming, and relaxing. The staff is incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, making sure every customer feels comfortable and satisfied. Their service is excellent, and they take their time to make sure everything looks perfect. If you’re looking for a nail salon with great customer service and a friendly atmosphere, I highly recommend this salon.
Helen the manger is rude and the male manger is worse do not go there they do not know how to talk to people his excuse for her is language if she don’t speak English then why is she there worse experience from a manger if u don’t like there service or tell them something wrong they become hostile
