Tom was efficient and friendly with reasonable prices. Already set up another appointment to have more work done.
One of you're trucks was overly speeding, aggressive, swerving, panic attack level anxiety and reckless. South on 270, nearGaithersburg exit May 5 at 1:50pm. I bet w such a small operation it was the owner or family. Please slow down and drive safer. Embarrassing.
Tom was the only plumber I called who responded promptly and took the time to diagnose my problem over the phone so he didn't need to come out at all and did not make any money from me. I appreciated his honesty and his promptness and will definitely use him for any plumbing issues in the future.
Excellent service! Tom made room for us in his schedule. He showed up on time and got the job done quickly and at the lowest cost possible. He knows his business, stands behind his work, and is personable to boot.
