Is not real, do not use this "company"
For the second year, they literally more than DOUBLED my price to be a registered agent. It shot up to $600! So... I got another registered agent. They continue to send me threatening letters to pay an invoice. I've now emailed them, and left numerous messages. I've spent HOURS on hold trying to talk to a human to cancel. I finally got through to someone, and they said I can't cancel over the phone, but need to respond to an email-- I gave my email (which they have) and they never sent one. STAY AWAY! DO NOT USE! Someone from instacart tried to steal money from my bank account over $140.00
These people did not check to see if indeed they were the Resident Agents..then kept my Court Documents. They sent a letter stating they'd have to return them and the docs were supposed to be with the letter ( no they were not). I then called and asked a manager to give me a call to give me back my documents, but never got a return call.
