For the second year, they literally more than DOUBLED my price to be a registered agent. It shot up to $600! So... I got another registered agent. They continue to send me threatening letters to pay an invoice. I've now emailed them, and left numerous messages. I've spent HOURS on hold trying to talk to a human to cancel. These people did not check to see if indeed they were the Resident Agents..then kept my Court Documents. They sent a letter stating they'd have to return them and the docs were supposed to be with the letter ( no they were not). I then called and asked a manager to give me a call to give me back my documents, but never got a return call.

I need to file our annual report and cannot access my CT corporation account. The password reset function on their website doesn't work. I have reached out through their "contact us" page and nobody responded. I called their help request phone and nobody answered. I attempted to use their option to leave a voice message but that also does not work. There is currently no way for me to contact anyone at this company for help.
