Steve has been so great to work with over the last few years, showing us houses when we were just 'dipping our toes' with thoughts of moving, to finding us our new home two years later, and then selling our old home. His advice was welcomed and spot on, encouraging throughout (and firm when I needed that!). I think this is our forever home but, if not, I'm calling Steve. You should call him, too.
Steve priced our house correctly, had a clear strategy and communicated well. Our expectations were met or exceeded. Our house sold quickly and our timelines all worked out smoothly. He even made a last minute recommendation for a vendor that had a hard to find replacement piece.
