The technician did not realize the fixture he installed for me was upside down. It did not matter, however, the fixture operates properly.

After working on the light fixture to find what was wrong, going to the store twice to get parts and being at my house for 3 hours, the courteous men just charged me for the first hour and parts. They cleaned up after themselves including sweeping the floor. I would definitely hire this company again!
