It’s clear that they genuinely care about their customers and are working hard to rebuild trust, improve the service, and create a more welcoming environment. I was really disappointed with my experience at Zen's Nail Spa. Communication was very difficult, which made the entire appointment frustrating. I brought in a photo of exactly what I wanted, but instead of helping me achieve that look or offering suggestions, I felt like I was left to figure everything out on my own. I did both pedicure with Lavender deluxe spa and manicure. The water for the pedicure never got hot after repeatedly asking for them to make it at least warm. It remained cold.
