March 2022 C-Snip spayed our puppy. We chose to add the chip for $20.00 at that time with the understanding the free registration needed to be done by us. Registration is free *** however the activation fee is an additional $19.99 for 1 year or $35.00 for lifetime with a $10.00 discount offered after hesitating for a day.
