One of the worst experiences I have had in 15+ years in real estate. When asked if she needed additional info, she declined. After receiving appraisal, it was obvious she did as little as needed. No actual measurements as she used tax record. Poor communication and response. When provided proof that her appraisal was extremely low, she refused to admit error. In a time when homes have historically low inventory and record appreciation she gave no benefit for that. Now I see why she has such terrible reviews before me.
Appraisal was ordered by CU for refi purposes. appraiser intentionally used lowest possible value, which came in 20k less then the house next to mine appraised 2 years ago for the same purposes. do not use
