Terrible. As many have stated about his late policy, same thing happened with my father-in-law who has Alzheimer’s and is not mobile. No matter how you try to be timely, things happen. When it’s difficult to get a patient in his situation up and out the door period, there should be a little understanding and compassion. This office has none. Find a person who became a doctor to actually help people vs this guy with zero empathy.
My mom had an appointment with Dr. Lynn and she arrived at 8:08 and was checked in at 8:09 for them to tell her she was late and had to be rescheduled. I spoke to sky the assistant manager and she told me his policy at hattiesburg clinic was 9 minutes. I argued with them that even if she checked in at 8:09 she was not late. I pray they fire him and the staff at the front desk because they should check you in as soon as you walk up and not ask a thousand questions then check you in. I even checked in online 8:03. I love Dr Lynn. I don't have a problem with him at all. I have to drive an hour and 15 minutes to see him. This one time my appointment was at 10 am and due to trees being cut on 589 the road was down to one lane causing me to arrive at my appointment at 10:12 to be told he wouldn't see me. I am most positive Dr's have a 15 minute late policy. The lady told me it was a 9 minute late policy. I would just tell anyone to make sure you get to his office 30 minutes early.
