Tom and the C&S team are outstanding to work and communicate with. I would recommend them to anyone looking to install AC in their home who also have an eye on preserving the history and aesthetic of their house. Tom and his team were super professional and respectful too, not leaving a single piece of dust behind following installation. Fairly priced, friendly, masters of their craft and trustworthy. The real deal.

We got central A/C installed in our 100-yr old house in March and the process could not have gone more smoothly. Tom, Henry and Marcelo did amazing work, communicated clearly, kept the living spaces they were working in spotless, did the work over 5 days, and, most importantly, the A/C was a lifesaver over the summer. Would highly recommend them and will keep them in mind for any future heating/cooling needs.
Henry and the team did a great job installing a ductless AC unit in an expanded part of our house. It's an old house so there were issues with the previous system's wiring and drainage. Everything was fixed during the install of the new system! Thank you C&S! Update: C & S (Henry and Tom) also installed central AC in the main part of my house where there were no vents previously, I now have vents on 2 floors connected to an AC in my attic! Whole house is super comfortable now!
