Craig picked up a roof insurance claim for us after another contractor had dropped the ball and ran it in for a touchdown. He went to bat for us with our insurance after they attempted to minimize the issues and deny coverage, and smacked it out of the park when it finally came time to complete the work and get our home taken care of. Craig came to estimate repairs on my home after hail damage. He was very knowledgeable about the process and explained the details regarding insurance claims. He worked directly with my insurance adjuster to make sure that I was getting a fair settlement amount. Craig helped select roof and siding colors. Once the repairs started it went very smoothly.
