Lobby was crowded with people waiting to be called to the back. Checking in at the front desk window was uncomfortable. People sitting right behind me and standing in line to check in can hear the answer to every question I was asked. Doctor took a long time to come to the room to start our session. This was my first time visiting this facility. The doctor was courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant. My exam was quick and thorough.
