He was very professional, answered my call during his lunch break. I was calling all around trying to determine the issue I was having with my new to me truck. When I called he knew exactly what it was and told me exactly how much it would cost. Since he was home for lunch he said we could just come there so we didn’t have to drive all the way to his office. When we got there he was quick, efficient and personable. Great guy. Came to our place at the lake when we locked ourselves out of our 5th wheel. They were there within 20 minutes of calling and opened her right up. Highly recommend!
