C.S. Hines quoted a price to pump and inspect my septic system. The driver arrived on time, was very courteous, and appeared to be pretty knowledgeable, although he could not find my distribution box. He said it must be real deep and far from the tank. As he was approaching his allotted time and still had not found the box (after digging up a large area in my yard that is still a mess) he said it would cost more to stay longer.
