Of course our AC died during a heat wave, and I have 2 large furry dogs who were struggling, I called 5 different companies the night before and this morning. C&S was the only one who even answered the phone (again, I understand things are busy right now). John saved me some money today! He was honest and said I don't think you need me. He provided me with information over the phone and what I needed to do with my heating unit.
