After 17 years of having C&S FIRE SAFE as my small restaurant's fire suppression service, the last 3 weeks were absolutely terrible. A valve installed by them failed that allows gas to my cook line. Ok. Component failure happens!. Communication for repair was terrible. I actually drove from Gold Beach to Roseburg to pick up replacement valve to help facilitate the fix because they told me they were busy.. assuming since I was picking up the replacement valve then I was probably on the radar to get a technician down.
