Extremely disappointing customer service! This property management group seems to do nothing except collect money. It’s incredibly difficult to reach the property manager or get anything resolved, and the office administrator, Lynn, is consistently rude and disrespectful.
I would not use this place to manage your property. Seems like they want to control everything. Not responsive to problems. Take a pass.

Judi Morrison, the CAM representing C&S Community Management Services has been doing an excellent job at keeping us in compliance with all regulations but is also our back office for all administrative tasks, allowing an all volunteer board to function efficiently. The switch from live to Zoom meetings was flawless. Please keep up the very good work!
