I have had my car now through CnS for almost 3 years, and it has been one of the best experiences I’ve had with a car dealership. Very understanding people and they will always try to make time if you need help with repairs, diagnosing a problem..car inspections..routine maintenance..etc. My car has had little to no problems, just general matinence..like brakes-rotors and minimal suspension work. The worse experience ever I literally lost over $2000 with them because they sold me a car and couldn’t even fix it because it was a diesel
I have purchased 4 vehicle over time here. And have been vary happy with them.
This place is a joke. I personally watched and argued with the manager who was selling an elderly, delayed gentleman a car with a broken bearing it took them 5 weeks of staring at it before they finally got tired of the phone calls from several of us complaining because they were taking his payments (demanding them? And he was paying it for over 7 weeks without his own ride that he had paid for...I've seen 3 people leave there and return walking and these people Dont seem to care a bit . I got a car form this place and men let me tell u it seem good during the test drive but once i took it home to find out it wont start lights popped up just find out it was a trade in car and it was trash but they say they check the cars good lies they want money and a sell that’s it your car will not last run ♂️ away now go else where and the randy guy is a big scammer trust him u will cry later I highly recommend not to think bout this place your car insurance will be high to because of there premium good luck
