-5 repoed my vehicle with only 1 payment behind. an agreement was already made and I have the texts to prove it. i was supposed to make the payment today. I work 6p-6a was asleep a little bit longer than normal. Walked out half awake ready to start my 12 hr shift, my encores down the block being towed away. No written notice at all. Sara is RIDICULOUSLY unprofessional and rude. She talks to you crazy and even reaches out to family members about your information/payments, which is a breach of THEIR contract 🤔 They sell cars 10k+ what they're worth and they're shit. Battery failed 2 weeks after buying and all she said was "oh well it's sold as is." Then came the starter, then the tires, then the transmission. I wish I can give zero stars when I tell you this place is terrible. They talk to you like garbage wanna answer your phone calls won’t return phone calls. I purchased a 2017 Chevy Trax supposed to be brand new I was supposed to be the first owner but come to find out. I wasn’t the first night I took the car home would not start.
