This place is a joke. I personally watched and argued with the manager who was selling an elderly, delayed gentleman a car with a broken bearing it took them 5 weeks of staring at it before they finally got tired of the phone calls from several of us complaining because they were taking his payments (demanding them? And he was paying it for over 7 weeks without his own ride that he had paid for...I've seen 3 people leave there and return walking and these people Dont seem to care a bit . I got a car form this place and men let me tell u it seem good during the test drive but once i took it home to find out it wont start lights popped up just find out it was a trade in car and it was trash but they say they check the cars good lies they want money and a sell that’s it your car will not last run ♂️ away now go else where and the randy guy is a big scammer trust him u will cry later I highly recommend not to think bout this place your car insurance will be high to because of there premium good luck
Traveling from Texas to northern Iowa to attend by sister's funeral, we stopped in a Walmart in Waterloo. When I unbuckled my seat belt, it wouldn't rebuckle. I tried a bunch of things ( lube, tap on it, see if something stuck in it } to no avail. Wanting to not drive without the driver's seat belt we took it to C&S Auto in Waterloo. I explained what was wrong to Jacob in the service department and he had a tech look at it right away. They over charge for there vehicles. I understand you got to make money but to sell a car to someone for 10 grand over the value of it is just disrespectful.
