When Lennar, the builder of our new home, declined to address a crack in the new driveway, that by their own admission was caused by one of their other subcontractors, C&S Blacktopping stepped up anyway. Though the problem wasn't theirs they came out to inspect it, repair it and provide the information that will help us avoid future problems. This is a company that doesn't just pay lip service to "customer care".

I would stay away from this company. In less than a year our driveway started cracking, lifting, and sinking. When I called them their first response was "We dont have an account with you, with have an account with the builder " That right there shows the kind of business this is. I reacted like anyone would after spending 8k (12k total) and was able to get someone out here to look at it, which ended up being a complete waste of time. Poor quality work. The driveway was install without a proper base and is sinking and crumbling. After many request they just said it wasn’t there best work, but they wouldn’t fix it.

We had 4 bids for our driveway - and of the 4, C&S appeared to be the most knowledgeable and confident in the approach to take as there were a few challenges. When it was time to rip up the old driveway, the team showed up at the scheduled time, spoke with us to confirm, made the proper adjustments based on drawings etc, spoke with us and assured our neighbors (who have an adjoining driveway) of the process and what was going to happen and executed all very well.
