We were referred to them by our original AC guy. They told us it would be 2 weeks and then 2 days after our initial call, they showed up unannounced right before 5pm. They said they would take a look and return the following morning to fix it. They no showed, no called. My brother followed up the same day and they did not respond. He then called the following Monday and they told him, "We won't be able to get there for a couple of weeks, call someone else."
