I have been a patient for years. He is the best in town! Incredible physician, very detail oriented, knowledgable, and honest!
Went to this Dr since I was in middle school. Moved away for two years and tried to get back in when I moved back to Austin and was told I was no longer considered a patient, and they weren’t taking on new patients. Absolutely no willingness to help with my situation or accept a long-time patient back after having been out of town for two years, even though they still had my info in system.
I have been visiting Dr Byrd’s offices for 15+ years. I find Dr Byrd, his practice, and the staff a breath of fresh air. It is crystal clear the entire team is knowledgeable and highly focused on patient care and courteous service. The practice of medicine and the medical industry as a whole I suspect is a challenging endeavor. Dr Byrd and his team is stellar. Jennifer has taken over for Caroline and she was wonderful! I have never had anything short of an excellent experience. Thank you Dr Byrd and team!
