irst time I try to make an apt the reception keep hanging up my calls. After a few tries she finally answered and ask me to hold... never came back. Third times the charm. Was finally able to make my apt. I asked a question or two and she gave a very snotty response, but I ignored it cause I didn't wanted to start off on the wrong step.. First apt there I show up half hour early... checking in and completing my paperwork took like 10-15 mins.
