From the initial inspection to the final cleanup, the service was handled thoughtfully. The technician explained the condition of the chimney, completed the necessary repair, and checked the work before leaving. It was a smooth and professional experience.
I wasn't expecting such a detailed explanation afterward. I was shown what had been done and given a few useful tips for keeping things maintained.
I needed some chimney repair and waterproofing work done. The damaged areas were addressed neatly and the finish looks good.
The chimney had some visible deterioration around the exterior, so we needed it inspected and repaired. The crew identified the problem areas and handled the repairs carefully. The waterproofing work also gave us peace of mind before the next rainy season. Very satisfied with the finished work.
The new chimney has completely improved the look and function of my home. The installation was done carefully with great knowledge and precision.
