Bob was terrific, highly recommend. Another HVAC company came out, took the deductible and then gave me the run-around for 4-5 days. He said how busy he was and was trying to expedite the order. Completely vague answers and terrible communication. The order ended being canceled so they reassigned it to CR.Fast forward to today... I talked to Bob at 1015 am, he said he'd pick up the part in Easton and be at my house by 1 pm. He came on time, in and out. A job well done!! The motor was in stock. I can not write enough good stuff about CR Service. They saved us from a terrible situation where another HVAC company came to our home, took the deductible and never showed up again. CR showed up like knights in shining armor! They did a wonderful job. Completely professional, thorough and caring.
Cr service Company is one of the best heating -Air conditioning -Refrigeration company I have ever delt with the workers a nice I did not have heat they were out hear on a Saturday & Sunday they put in a new unit they stood till the job was done they made sure I had heat their price great and they do a great job I Highly recommend them for all any Chyna heating and refrigerating service very satisfied customer
The worst ever would never hire they do nothing and still want to get paid never again
