I called the store today NUMEROUS TIMES!!! knowing they didnt have what I was looking for this time around UNFORTUNATELY ..because...<I absolutely LOVVVVVVVE this place!!!> BUT.... Ka Tana sat on the phone FOR A WHILE with me... 'AGAIN'...NUMEROUS TIMES... and helped me do a PRO&CON list comparing the scrubs I recently bought from CR and comparing them to the ones I found online. They took out the incorrect amount from my account and they took it a week early. I spoke with a polite young man and he apologized for it and reversed the payment. I’ve called 3 times for the person that’s over this to call me back and she never did. Now they took double the amount out today. I do not in any way recommend them. I am having to call my bank to have it reversed and call them to pay the correct amount. It is a hassle and the person over this is sloppy at her job!!

Worst customer service EVER!! Ordered scrubs over a week ago and they STILL haven't come in!! I called twice and both times, the manager never apologized for the delay and didn't seem to care at all whether or not I receive my order!! Will NOT be going back! 😕

Bought 5 sets of scrubs last Saturday and love them! They had a great selection and in petite length that I needed. They fit perfectly! The lady who helped me was awesome! Very friendly, helpful, and personable. 2 of scrub shirts I bought had to be ordered due to them not having my size in stock, but I received free shipping!!! They should be in this week. I highly recommend this store!
