If we had known in 2016 when Rosewood Homes built our house we would have never used Roger Day. We paid for many upgrades which as we have had to replace already found out we did not get. To date we have had to replace all the windows, replace the roofing and since he used stucco we have repainted the house with Rhinoshield because the stucco had so much moisture in it the painters were surprised it hadn't fallen off the house. The tile work and the manufactured wood flooring is subpar. Don't use this builder.

We recently closed on our new construction home built by Rosewood Homes. Roger was clear and concise in communicating throughout the entire process and was always readily available to answer any questions.

I purchased a rosewood home last year built in 2006. The electrical work is an absolute nightmare and not even close to being code. There are neutrals and hots tied together, no grounds, other grounds tied to plastic boxes. Many switches either don't work at all or are 3 ways that do not work correctly. Not only was this house not wired by a certified electrician but it is clear it was not even a knowledgeable apprentice.
