I've never dealt with someone so rude and disrespectful on the phone. Vanessa, who answered my calls again this company, was incredibly unprofessional and dismissive. She sounded annoyed from the start, put me on hold for about 2 minutes, without asking. When I asked about emotional support animals (ESA) she was dismissive and then abruptly hung up on me. If Vanessa is the reflection of how this company operates, I would strongly advise staying far away. Terrible customer service.

I cannot praise Retta and her ability to guide me through what was an emotional and difficult process with such ease and kindness. From the moment she walked through the door, she listened to my whole story and I felt like here was somebody who cared and was there to help. (My mother had passed away as I was driving from California to Springfield Missouri and then I was left to deal with selling her house and disposing of all of the possessions within the house.) We rented from them they were very quick to fix major problems typically gave notice when workers were coming and reasonable when it came to pets.
