Ray at C&R is not a good person to buy anything from. He sold me a 4 wheeler that's not working properly since I bought it and I purchased the item on March 19,2021 and today is March 23, 2021 and my kids couldn't enjoy the 4 wheeler because it wouldn't crank and the brakes also went out on the item. He refuses to give me a refund.

The battery in the unit did not hold a charge & we replaced the battery at no charge & Katina was asked to bring the unit back by & we would re adjust the brakes. Which she refused to do. Typical mechanical stuff. This does not warrant or justify a refund. We are standing behind our products!!!

I highly recommend and will buy my next mower from this local small business. Had an idea of what I wanted and price range.. They set me up with a nice gravely zero turn. I had a minor issue straight out the gate, but they fixed it no problem. Now I feel like my purchase was worth it by the customer service alone. PLEASE SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES!!
Locally run not a big chain and friendly service. I recommend buying a mower from C&R ....SUPPORT LOCAL AND SMALL BUSINESSES and you will get better service than the larger chain stores in town..
