Poor customer service, no communication, bad business model, bad attitude. They left my 90 year old grandmother out to dry with the irrigation system pumping 700 gallons of water per hour while she was out of state. They said they would pass it on to their technician and no other information was given. With no change after 24 hours it took several phone calls to get in touch with anyone.
