about 5 years I began receiving care for what I thought was abrupt mental health issues and memory issues that came out of no where, I begged for any scans or a neurologist referral I was told that it was just me “smoking to much weed”. I had a brain tumor. No one in this office helped me figure that out tho but they did cycle me through 15+ anti depressants, adhd meds and antipsychotics and accuse me of being a drug addict. Helluva of a Doctor. I have had back problems for a while. I went from my local Doctor in Lansing to Dr Barnett and couldn't be happier. Very attentive and understands the issues. Keep up the great work Doc. Great office staff too. Thanks Doc!!!
Cant tell the difference between Adderall and Concerta. Decided I was selling my meds because Concerta doesn't show up under amphetamines, you specifically have to test for "methylphenidate and metabolites". Couldn't even get the retest right after I told them to test for that. Also put Adderall on my chart even though I wasn't taking it, couldn't even bother to look at what med I was actually taking.
Zero stars if choice! After 3 years of seeing a nurse practioner instead of real Dr. Walked away with 2 major internal infections as well as 2 very serious one life threating issues needing long term treatment! Lost medical records no communication with lab results! Would not recommend this practice as they did me no favors at all! This is supposed to be wellness?
Checked in at 9:07am. Took the morning off of work. Sat down in the office after I checked in, and waited until 9:45am before I realized the lady I checked in with never told the nurse I was checked in. All she could do was apologize but the lack of organization for a doc's office is concerning.
