Worst service ever. No one returns my calls and they sneakily locked me into another 5 year contract. I despise these people and am about ready to seek legal help with this situation. Don’t trust them! Don’t make the mistake we made!!
After trying to contact C Pro for 2 months because they were sending me texts saying my system required an upgrade and was no longer responding they told me that they could just cancel my contract. 2 days later they charged my account for my monthly subscription which they said they cancelled. After calling them almost daily for a month I finally received a call back from someone who did nothing but argue with me and said they would not refund my money even though they didn’t provide the service they were charging me for! Communication is terrible. My mother died Sept 19th & I've been trying to get their service cancelled since Sept 37th. I've sent letters & documentation , left messages etc. and here account is still being charged every month...so far four months. Not happy!!
